Corneille Guillaume Beverloo was a painter and graphic artist who shook up the conservative Dutch art scene in the early 1950s. In 1949, he co-founded the CoBrA movement, a post-war European Expressionist group, alongside fellow artists like Karel Appel and Constant. Corneille's work is known for its bold, vibrant expression and contribution to modern art.
